Feminine Journey	Masculine Journey
She’s kept from her journey if saved.	He’s told to save and protect women.
She’s told to be passive and receptive.	He’s told to provide and be strong.
She gets internal rewards of “spirit” and selfhood.	He gets the girl and external rewards in the end.
She learns about nature and oneness.	He learns about courage and oneness.
She needs to trust herself and her own instincts.	He needs to trust his abilities.
She lives in a dangerous world.	He lives in a world of opportunity.
She isn’t supported by society.	He is supported by society.
